What Did you like Most about this work? I always love painting lighting the most no matter what the subject of the painting is. As for the challenge, I think it was striking a good balance between the realism of space looking empty when you are viewing it near to bright things and still having enough interest

TI: "As an artist, I had a good time doing a character design and I enjoyed the high saturation, high contrast painting. As a storyteller, I like the small details in the set and on the captain's uniform. My favourite details include the labels on the food on the table, the rim lighting on the hand and the wire silhouettes!"

The Oublie is a repurposed transport ship from the days of the Spacer Wars. Known for it's rough and tumble style , it's a ship that's not afraid to throw down in a fight., but also knows when to run.

"I really loved to create a paceful but at the same time chaotic fight between the ships. The way the colors are vibrant but at the same time soft because of the shine from the planets. It's a new experience"
